Every order starts with a free preview, so you see your portrait before you pay. Once you have ordered, the time to make it depends on the medium you chose:

Digital file: delivered by email within one business day.

Fine-art paper and gallery canvas: made and shipped within about 7 days.

Hand-painted oil: painted by hand and shipped within about 3 weeks. Because it is a genuine painting, your artist sends progress updates along the way.

After a physical piece ships, allow roughly 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Canada and Europe are coming soon.

Digital files are available everywhere, delivered by email with no shipping required.

Shipping is free on every physical order within the US.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your portrait is on its way.

Your finished portrait is delivered as a high-resolution file, linked from your order confirmation email. The link stays valid, so you can download it whenever you need to print, share, or keep it.
